I'm not an outsider writing emails for a market I don't understand.
I'm a former gym owner, NASM-certified strength and conditioning coach, former competitive powerlifter, 3-time North American Full-Contact Martial Arts Champion, and active BJJ practitioner. I've spent over 20 years inside the health and fitness world as a competitor, a coach, and a business owner.
